My name is Tracy Smith and I am currently working with Mike Wolff to study ozone abundance in the Martian atmosphere. I am employing several models in conjunction with HST WFPC2 images in order to determine the diurnal and seasonal ozone abundance variations which occur on the red planet. I'm also an enthusiast of studying dust in astrophysical environments. I received my Ph.D. in astrophysics in 2000 from the University of Toledo studying interstellar dust in reflection nebulae and in the lab. Outside of science and cluttering the house with too many computers and gadgets, I enjoy filling up my hard drives with nature photography.
