Vadim Roytershteyn

Research Scientist
Decatur, GA

Vadim's research interests are in theoretical and computational plasma physics with applications to space, laboratory, and astrophysical plasmas. He received his PhD from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and subsequently held postdoctoral positions at the University of Iowa and Los Alamos National Laboratory. After a period of time with Space Plasma Physics Group at UCSD and later SciberQuest, Inc, Vadim joined SSI in 2014. His current research projects concern physics of magnetic reconnection and collisionless plasma turbulence. Vadim lives in Atlanta, GA.
